The Shooting Department, on the right of the store, has a large stock (in excess of 300) of all types of weapons from air pistols through to some well known makes of English and imported shotguns. It is managed by David Beer, who is also now a Partner in the business.
David and his team are always on hand to give sound advice whether you are interested in shooting game, target or clays. They can offer advice and guidance on all types of guns and gun fit, this being one of the most important points when considering buying a gun for any sport. We have an indoor range and can offer a try before you buy facility for any one purchasing an air weapon.
All our repairs for shotguns and hunting rifles are carried out by an independent gunsmith who has many years experience with all types of weapons. Air rifles are repaired in house and to ensure they are legal for the non-licensed owner are tested for the correct pressure on our chronograph and again for accuracy on the indoor range. We have the facilities to be able to recharge guns and bottles for PCP weapons. Our ammunition stock is vast for all calibres of Air rifle, Hunting Rifle, and Shotgun.
